• "User" – any individual or organization accessing our platforms or submitting ideas.
• "Idea Submission" – any concept, product idea, or content shared with QwikGig through forms, demos, or direct communication.
• "Services" – includes our AI validation systems, demos, websites, and related offerings.
• "LLMs" – large language models or machine learning systems used to process and analyze content.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our Services. By using QwikGig, you represent that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Intellectual property & idea Submission

• • You retain full ownership of your original ideas and intellectual property.
• • By submitting an idea, you grant QwikGig a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to review, analyze, and test the idea internally using human and AI-assisted methods.
• • Submission does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
• • QwikGig may independently develop or have prior exposure to similar ideas; in such cases, we are not obligated to compensate or credit the submitter.

For proprietary or confidential projects, we recommend establishing an NDA prior to sharing.

5. Use of AI and LLM System

• • Use Our Services utilize AI and LLMs for idea validation, text generation, and insight creation.
• • AI outputs are experimental and probabilistic. They should not be relied upon as factual or legally binding.
• • You acknowledge that AI interactions may be processed through third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or others) under strict confidentiality agreements.
• • You must not submit unlawful, discriminatory, or infringing content into our systems.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• • Use QwikGig to upload or distribute malicious code or spam;
• • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our software or AI models;
• • Submit infringing, confidential, or third-party-owned ideas without authorization;
• • Violate applicable laws or intellectual property rights.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or legal action

7. Disclaimers

• • QwikGig Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
• • We make no warranty that outputs or results will be accurate, complete, or commercially successful.
• • We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated information, delays, or system errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law/To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• • QwikGig's total liability for any claim shall not exceed £500 GBP or equivalent in local currency.
• • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold QwikGig harmless from any third-party claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for:

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• • For users in the UK, EU, and rest of the world: governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• • For users in India: governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in London, UK, or Bengaluru, India, as applicable.
  

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
