Our Responsibility
- • Edit and produce static images and short-form video creatives for paid social campaigns.
- • Support performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- • Adapt creatives into multiple formats, sizes, and variations for A/B testing.
- • Blend curated graphics with native, UGC-style, screen-recorded, and text-led content.
- • Ensure creatives feel natural and platform-native rather than overly promotional.
- • Apply feedback quickly and iterate on creatives efficiently.
- • Maintain quality, consistency, and speed under varying workloads.
What You Will Do
- • Execute clearly defined creative briefs into high-performing static and video ads.
- • Edit short-form videos optimized for attention, retention, and conversion.
- • Create multiple creative variations to support testing frameworks.
- • Work closely with internal stakeholders to refine and improve creative output.
- • Optimize visuals to align with platform-specific best practices and trends.
- • Balance creative quality with speed and volume of production.
- • Continuously learn what works in paid social and apply insights to future creatives.
Skills needed for Success
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in image and/or video editing.
- • Experience editing creatives specifically for paid social or lead generation campaigns.
- • Proficiency in Canva and/or CapCut (or similar editing tools).
- • Comfortable working from defined briefs, deadlines, and feedback loops.
- • Strong attention to detail, layout, pacing, and visual consistency.
- • Fluent English communication skills.
- • Working knowledge of Figma for collaborating with design assets.
